Note: Upon receipt of your consent, family.one will transfer your relevant information (First name, Last name, Preferred Language, Email address, Postal Code, Phone number, Child expected due date/date of birth and whether or not you have identified as having one or more children) to CST Saving Inc. and its CST affiliates to contact you by phone or email for you to learn more about the importance of saving for your child’s post-secondary education. CST Savings Inc. (herein “CST”) is a third-party, independent of family.one. family.one is not responsible for the activities of third-party programs, unsubscribing from them or updating information stored by them.

You can withdraw your consent to Communications with CST or update your preferences recorded by CST at any time only directly with CST.

Methods of Entry
To enter online: login at https://family.one, or via receipt of promotional electronic mail and click ‘ENTER’ where indicated.
Additional Entries: After entering the Giveaway, additional entries for the primary entrant can be obtained as follows: +1 entry point for each entry resulting from a social share, +2 entries points for each entry by a family member connected using the family share function, +1 entry point for each entry resulting from a social share by a family member connected by family share who does not qualify to enter the Giveaway themselves.
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Entries must be received no later than 11:59 pm Pacific Time on Nov 25, 2025. family.one is not responsible for entries that are lost, misdirected, misidentified, inaccurately captured, or have errors, or any negligence that may arise or occur in connection with the Giveaway. All entries become the property of family.one.
Eligibility
Giveaway is open to residents of Canada excluding those residing in Nunavut and Manitoba who, as of the date of winner selection:
have reached the age of majority in their province or territory as of Nov 25, 2025;
are members of family.one;
are the parent, guardian, grandparent, aunt or uncle to a nominated expectant child or a child or children under the age of 36 (thirty-six) months as of Nov 25, 2025;
are not employees of family.one, their respective advertising and promotional agencies, or any family member living with any such employee.
Winner Selection, Notification, Prize Distribution and Odds of Winning
A separate random draw for the Prize will be made automatically through family.one’s systems according to the Winner Selection Dates below, from all eligible entries received. To win, the selected entrant(s) must correctly answer a skill-testing mathematical question.
When a winner claims the Prize, they consent to the use of their name and/or photograph, and/or place of residence, without further compensation, in any publicity carried out by family.one in perpetuity and in any media worldwide.
By entering and/or by accepting the Prize, the winner:
confirms compliance with these Rules;
acknowledges acceptance of the Prize as awarded;
releases family.one, and their parent, affiliated and related companies, the Prize suppliers, Prize sponsors, and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents, including, without limitation, their advertising and promotional agencies and the independent Giveaway organizations (“Releasees”), from any and all liability, loss or damage incurred with respect to Giveaway entry, the awarding, receipt, possession and/or use or misuse of any Prize and acknowledge that the Releasees have neither made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied in fact or in law, including but not limited to its quality, mechanical condition or fitness for a particular purpose.

In the event that any selected entrant incorrectly answers the skill-testing question or is otherwise unwilling or unable to comply in full with these rules, a new entry will be drawn.
Selected winner(s) will be sent a system-generated electronic notification at the email address noted in their family.one account, with details on how to claim their Prize. No correspondence will be entered into regarding the redemption of the Giveaway Prize except with the selected winning entrant. If the winner does not respond then s/he will be notified for the second time, 2 (two) days after the first notification. If the winner does not respond within 2 (two) days of the second notification, a third and final notification will be sent. If no response is received within 7 (seven) days of the initial correspondence, the Giveaway may be terminated and voided at family.one’s discretion.
The chances of winning a Prize will depend on the number of eligible entries received. Decisions of the judges in respect of all aspects of this Giveaway including, but not limited to, eligibility of entries and correctness of answers given to the skill-testing question, are final. Before being declared a confirmed winner, the potential winner may be required to complete a declaration and release form and confirm compliance with these Rules.
Limited Liability and Applicable Law
family.one and their respective agents are not liable to an entrant in any manner relating to the Giveaway or the awarding and use of the Prize.
This Giveaway is subject to all FEDERAL, PROVINCIAL, AND MUNICIPAL LAWS and regulations. The right is reserved by family.one to terminate this Giveaway, in whole or in part, and/or modify, amend or suspend the Giveaway, and/or these rules in any way (subject to applicable laws).
Collection and Use of Information
By entering, the entrant consents to the collection of all personal information included on their entry and agrees to the use and disclosure of such information by and between family.one and their agents. The winner also agrees to the collection, use and disclosure of their name, entry, photographs, voice and statements for family.one’s publicity purposes without further compensation. All personal information collected by family.one will be kept in accordance with the privacy policy of family.one, which can be viewed at https://family.one, and in accordance with all applicable privacy laws for family.one..
Choice of Law
In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the terms and conditions of these Rules and disclosures or other statements contained in any Giveaway-related materials, including, but not limited to; the Giveaway entry form and/or point of sale, television, print or online advertising, the terms and conditions of these Rules shall prevail, govern and control. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and unenforceability of these Rules or the rights and obligations of the entrant in connection with the Giveaway shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of the Province of Ontario without regard to Ontario conflict of law principles. All entrants consent to the jurisdiction and venue of the Province of Ontario.
Notice Regarding Régie des alcools
Any litigation respecting the conduct or organization of a publicity contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux for a ruling. Any litigation respecting the awarding of a prize may be submitted to the Régie only for the purpose of helping the parties reach a settlement
